The very first step for any return process is for you to get an RMA number by calling us toll free at 1-866-427-0999 between 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST (If you are outside USA then call 714-604-5431). Do not return any item until we give you a prior authorization and a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Any returned item without an RMA will not be refunded. Once an RMA is given you will need to write this number on the outside of the box
We accept returns in the following cases:
1) If the product is not opened we allow a 30 days exchange policy no questions asked on our adult toys products only. We do not accept returns on lingerie or costumes with the exeption of that we allow an exchange in case the item did not fit.
Please note: There is a 15% restocking fees on returns and customers will be responsible for the shipping charges. This is to cover all the processing and handling fees that are incurred by Vibeshop when processing your order. These fees are waived if the item is returned due to manufacturer defects or if we have accidentally sent you the wrong item.
2) We allow returns if the item that was received is defective. However, for a defective item you will need to call us within one business day you receiving the item in order for us to accept the return and give you an RMA number. For defective items we allow you either to exchange the item or simply return it for a refund. As far as shipping goes, you will need to return the item back to us either by fed ex ground, UPS ground, or USPS priority mail only. We will compensate you for the shipping cost once we receive the item back from you.
3) In the event of you receiving the incorrect item we will accept the return and we will be responsible for the shipping cost. Just make sure, however, you call us so you can get your RMA number. In case you wanted to keep the item we have sent you rather then returning it to get the correct item we will be willing to make a fair settlement with you.
Other possible issues:
If you feel the item was not as advertised, please go back to the page where the item is listed and make sure that you are correct. Then please email us with the webpage address and let us know what the page said and what you found to be different. We will refund you if the necessary information is missing, and we appreciate help to improve our site.
If a product has clear and correct size measurements, then we will NOT allow a return because of size. If the size is not listed on the page, we will accept a return if you provide us with detailed accurate measurements that we can add to the site.
What Do I Need To Do Once an RMA was given?
In your return package please include:
- The packing slip
- A note telling us what the problem was
- A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item. (the exchange does not have to be for items of similar dollar value amount. If it is more we will bill you for the difference, and if it is less we will credit you back the difference)
- If you do not include a note, you may not be refunded!
Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.
