*Please note that all returns must be given an RMA which can only be authorized by a Customer Service representative*


For all returns, US customers please call us toll free at 1-866-427-0999 between office hours: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST For customers OUTSIDE of the US, such as Canada or any other International location, please call 909-634-4999. Please do not return any items until you have been given an (RMA) a Return Merchandise Authorization code to ensure proper refund processing. This RMA number MUST be written on the outside of the package being sent back to us. Any and all returned packages without an RMA will be rejected by the Shipping Department.

*Do NOT email for an RMA number. You MUST call or use our Chat Online Services if a Representative is available, to receive this code. Please remember to not email us at all for RMA’s*

Un-Opened Items:

Zezeba Inc offers 30 days after the product has been received to return for an exchange. No questions asked on our adult toy products only, as long as they have not been opened or used. We do not accept returns on lingerie or costumes with the exception that the item does not fit. At that point, we will exchange the lingerie or costume for a different size.

*Please note that there is a 20% Restocking Fee on cancelled orders by clients if their credit card had already been charged and the credit card batch had been already closed, and on returns as well, and customers will be responsible for the shipping charges unless the wrong item was received. If the product is damaged the restocking fee will be waived*

Defective Items:

Zezeba Inc allows returns on all defective items. However, for a defective item you will need to call us within 24 hours of receiving the item in order for the damaged item to be accepted and an RMA number issued. For defective items, we allow you to either exchange the item for another item of same or more value or to return it for a refund.

*Please note that the shipping cost for returning defective items will be issued to you through store credit*

Receiving the Wrong Item:

In the event that Zezeba Inc sends you an incorrect item, we will accept the return for an exchange of an item of same or more value or for a full refund, the shipping cost to send returning items back to us will be refunded to you.

*Please note that you MUST call the Customer Service line to get an RMA number. If you would like to keep the item sent to you, we would like to accommodate you for keeping the item*

What Do I Need To Do Once an RMA was given?

In your return package please include the following:

The packing slip if available.

A note telling us reason for the return.

Please let us know whether you would like a refund or an exchange when applicable for another item.

*The exchange must be for item(s) of the same or more value. If it is more we will bill you for the difference, if the item is less than the return value you will receive store credit*

If you do not include a note, your refund may not be pressed properly.
